This is a message to anyone out there who is tired
of playing by the rules and looking to unleash their true inner badass.

It’s 2011.
Would you rather or
settle on getting your ass KICKED?

If you’d rather do the former (kicking ass), it’s time to light this year on fire and step it up!

Go Renegade or Go Broke?

Yup. That’s what we’re saying.

Because it’s a new year. A new decade, actually.

And while the rest of the world is feeling sorry for itself in the middle of a bunch of economic bullshit, we’re here to tell you that despite what everyone else says, you don’t have to play it safe.

We’re here to tell you it is possible to  in your biz and your life!

Playing it safe. It might be the reason you feel like your getting your butt handed to you.

Are you holding yourself back from what you really want to say?  From who you really are? Are you busy being a good boy or girl and playing “by the rules?”

What if we told you that playing it safe is likely the one thing holding you back? That it is the one thing keeping you from stepping fully into what you’re here to do on the planet?

We’ve never met you before – so this next statement might be a little weird coming from strangers.  (We’re renegades so we’ll say it anyway)

You are capable of so much more than you could possibly ever know.

We know this and we’ve never even met you.

Want to know why we know this?

Because we were there once too!  (As a matter of fact, we’ve been there MORE than once):

  • Judged not by the quality of our ideas but by the size of our cubicle
  • Taught that it was better to fit in and play it safe – “by the rules”
  • Sold on the idea that being agreeable and being liked was more important than rocking the boat
  • Raised to believe that the harder we worked, the more we would get and…

Any of that sound familiar?

Much like you we once thought that playing it safe would lead to more security, a better life, “great benefits” and… oh yeah, more money.

Yet what it really led to was a loss of who we really were.  A loss of our true identity.  A “follow the herd” mentality, and an overall squashing of our creative genius.

It wasn’t very renegade though.

And It wasn’t very  either.

So now you’re probably wondering who the heck we are and why do we keep using words like  Renegade and   ?

Crappers.  We forgot to introduce ourselves.

 I'm Matthew

I'm Jared

Nice to meet you.

So now you might be wondering a bit about who we really and why you may choose to listen to us?

Matthew Goldfarb

I started my career over a decade ago writing TV commercials for Mr. T and 1-800-COLLECT, moving on to create work for Volvo, Subaru, Dove, Campbell’s, Discover, and even Viagra. :p>

In 2009, I decided it was time to stop playing it safe and go Renegade. I said “peace” to Corporate America and started Corporate Renegade Copy as my way of leveling the playing field for small business owners and entrepreneurs. Through my business, companies can learn how to stand out from the competition.

Jared Matthew Kessler

For about 10 REALLY long and arduous years I worked at over 30 different companies across the U.S. slaving over entry-level jobs to fund my own failed business ideas in music and writing.

Releasing 5 albums of music, a book, and 3 eBooks I discovered professional copywriting as fluke.  So I read and studied some of the best out there, made it my own and started my first debt free and profitable business (thekickasscopywriter.com) to help people like you kick some friggin ass in their biz.

So why are we sitting here asking you to make 2011
the year to go
Renegade or go Broke?

Because it’s our undying belief and passion that to succeed in this new world, you simply can’t afford to play it safe anymore. You can’t afford to just sit back and rely on any particular company, big ass corporation or basically anyone else to guarantee your success.

We’ve come to believe that to build the life you really want, there’s only one person who can really get you there.

(You know who it is, right?) You!

So why is this a renegade concept?

Because building the life you truly want means ruffling some feathers. It means stirring some shit up!

It means going against the nicely laid out life your friends, parents, loved ones, teachers, or bosses might have expected you to lead.

It means being willing to go against the grain when no one else around you is.

It means taking risks. Giving up your role as part of the herd in order to finally be heard!

And when you decide it’s time to FINALLY get out there and learn how to  in your business and your life, the world starts to open up for you like it NEVER HAS!

There’s a great saying: You have to do it alone, but you can’t really do it all yourself.

And that’s why we’d like to introduce you to some crazy amazing people who can show you how to make sure you not only this year, but  will in turn help you keep from getting your ass kicked.

We searched around for the people who we believed were truly renegades. People who really kicked-ass in business!

These are the people who inspire us.

They’re the ones doing some pretty  and renegade shit!

They’re the ones who create the path where no map exists.

They’re the ones who looked at the way EVERYONE else was doing it, decided it wasn’t for them, and found a better way.   A new alternative.

Forget thinking outside of the box. They threw that friggin thing away and built a whole new contraption.

Would you like to meet them?

Since a young age, Jonathan’s had a hard time doing things that he didn’t want to do.

He dropped out of high school, opting for college classes he was actually interested in. He also dropped out of the typical life-template.

Most importantly, “I dropped out of the 9-5 to get paid to be me.”

Jonathan started IlluminatedMind.net to help others on the path, realizing that a lot of what we often view as “collective wisdom” is merely a big, collective assumption.

He’s also found out that a lot of ideas he thought were crazy and counter-intuitive actually produced the best results. It’s these non-standard strategies that he’s most interested in.

“I want to show you that you can follow your heart and be grounded. You can have wings and roots. Most of all, you can live your dreams and do what you love.”
